Complaints Procedure
Our practice has a health board approved complaints procedure in place which helps us ensure that any issues you may have are resolved as soon and as satisfactorily as possible. If you have a complaint, please raise this with a member of staff in the first instant. If, however, you feel that your particular issue still hasn’t been resolved, then please contact Laura Blair (Complaints Officer) in writing.
